SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) arrested three civilians from the same family, including a woman, on December 10, 2018, in a raid on their house in al Mukhtalata neighborhood in Raqqa city and taken to an undisclosed location.
