SNHR: the explosion of an IED placed inside a car near al Quds Hospital in al Dana city in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, resulted in damages of an ambulance affiliated to al Sham Emergency System, on December 6, 2018. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
