SNHR: 4 civilians, including a girl, killed on November 7, 2018, in an explosion of a landmine planted by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in Bulbul town affiliated to Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs before their retreating.
