Qutaiba Mohammad Hakkoush, college student at Engineering Institute at Damascus University, from Kherbet al Naqous village in Hama governorate western suburbs, born in 1990, arrested on February 21, 2014, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Kherbet al Naqous village. On October 29, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in November 2014 in a detention center.
