The killing of several civilians in an unknown- source IED explosion in Idlib city, on October 21

SNHR: 3 civilians, including a child, killed on October 21, 2018, in an explosion of an IED inside a car in al Qosour Street in south of Idlib city. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
