The death of a civilians in an explosion of unknown- sources IED near al Fou’a in Idlib suburbs, on October 10

Ahmad al Omar, official in operations department at health directorate of Idlib, from Ma’ar Shamarin village in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, killed on October 10, 2018, in an explosion of IED near al Fou’a village in Idlib governorate northern suburbs. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
