Ali al Jad’e, former member in Syrian civil defense, from al Dmaina village in Hama governorate southern suburbs, arrested by Syrian regime forces from his place in al Tloul al Humr village in Hama governorate southern suburbs and taken to unknown place, on October 4, 2018. Ali was among the people who agreed on a settlement with Syrian regime.
