Alaa Abbas, director of Ghiras educational project and the head of Usra organization for orphans and children care, from Homs governorate, killed on September 28, 2018, in an IED explosion in al Thalathin Street in southwest of Idlib city. We were unable to identify the party responsible for the explosion as it’s difficult to identify the perpetrators.
