SNHR: armed members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham raided Mazra’et Hammour area in Salqin city in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, arrested 5 civilians for conscription and took them to a detention center in Harem city in Idlib governorate northwestern suburbs, on September 23.
