SNHR: Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) raided Ja’da al Samra village east of Manbej city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, 9 civilians were arrested and taken to unknown destination, on September 20, 2018.
