Abdul Mawla Mahmoud al Hraki, from al Mleiha al Gharbiya town in Daraa governorate eastern suburbs, born in 1980, arrested on August 17, 2018 by Syrian regime forces from his place in al Mleiha al Gharbiya town, and tortured to death. On September 19, 2018, his dead body was handed over to his family. We note that Abdul Mawla concluded ” settlement situation” previously with Syrian regime.
