SNHR: Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Party Union –PKK branch) raided al Sukariya village of Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate western suburbs, 3 civilians were arrested, and taken to unknown destination, on September 10, 2018.
