The brothers Wael, Hael, and Nael Mohammad Abd al Assaf, from al Sahel village in Raqqa governorate southern suburbs, were arrested by Kurdish Self-Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from their location in al Sahel village, and taken to unknown destination, on September 8, 2018.
