The brothers Jasem and Miqdad al Fasih, from Ratla village in Raqqa governorate southern suburbs, arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from their place in Ratla village, and taken to unknown place, on September 7, 2018.
