SNHR: Kurdish Self-Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party forces –PKK branch) raided Himo village west of al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs, 8 civilians were arrested, all ran for positions in local councils in Hasaka governorate, and taken to unknown destination, on September 6, 2018.
