The child Khalil Abdullah al Tashran, age 17, from Mehkan town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, killed on August 28, 2018, due to explosion of land mine planted by ISIS in al Asi neighborhood in Mehkan town before retreating from it.
