Hamoud Khleif al Ahmad, from Mazra’et al Ansar village in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, age 36, arrested on august 19, 2018, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint on the road linking Mazra’et al Ansar village and Raqqa city. On August 21, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center as his dead body was handed over to his family.
