Education consultant Mazen Dabbagh and his son Abdul Qader Patrick, French citizens, from Damascus city, in November 3, 2013, they were arrested by Syrian regime forces from their location in the city, in August 15, 2018, we received information confirming their death due to torture. We point out that the date of Abdul Qader death is December 21, 2014 according to the civil registry, while his father date of death was November 25, 2017.
