Eid Jasem al Raheil, member of Hasaka city council, from Hasaka city, age 60, arrested by Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch), as he passed one of its checkpoints in the city, and he was taken to unknown destination, on August 6, 2018.
