SNHR: explosion of a car-bomb in front of the local council in al Tamanea town in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, partially destroying the building, severely damaging its furniture, on July 25, 2018. we were unable to identify the party responsible as it’s difficulty to identify the perpetrators.
