Salah Naqshabandi, a college student at the Faculty of Media in Damascus University, an activist in popular uprising, from Deir Ez-Zour city, born in 1989, arrested on January 14, 2014, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Damascus city. On July 25, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
