SNHR: second group of the evacuation convoys of residents of Quneitra and Daraa governorates – towards Idlib governorate – arrives at Morek town crossing in Hama governorate northern suburbs, on July 22, 2018, according to the agreement between Russian forces and factions from armed opposition and Hay’at Tahrir al Sham.
