The brothers Aboud and Hafez al Afdal, from Ghuwairan neighborhood east of Hasaka city, in 2014, they were arrested by Syrian regime forces in Ghuwairan neighborhood, on July 18, 2018, we received information confirming their dead due to torture in Seydnaya Prison in Damascus suburbs.
