Meqdad Yousef al Yousef, born in 1981, from Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs, on January 16, 2013, he was arrested by Syrian regime forces at a checkpoint at al Qtaifa entrance north of Damascus suburbs, on July 11, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture, inside a detention center.
