SNHR: the explosion of an IED, planted inside a motor bike in al Khamis market in al Bab city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, resulting in the injuring of 11 civilians and damaging facilities of the market, on June 13. We are unable to identify the party planted the IED.
