Mesh’al al Dawood, from Khashman neighborhood north of Hasaka city, age 23, killed as armed members of Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) opened fired on him during a raid on his home to arrest him, on June 7, 2018.
