Fahd Ammash al Nayef, petroleum engineer, from Sbeikhan city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, in May 2018, he was arrested by Kurdish Self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from his location in Swaidan Jazira in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs. On June 7, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture and lack of medical care inside a detention center and his family handed over his dead body.
