Fadel al Akbo, from Zanouba village in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from his location in Zanouba village, and taken to unknown destination, on April 23, 2018.
