SNHR: severe damages in Suhaib al Roumi Mosque, in the industrial area in the east of Idlib city, resulted from an explosion near the mosque, on April 19, 2018. We are unable to identify the type of the explosion or the perpetrating party, as of this writing, as it is difficult to identify the responsible.
