SNHR documented the death of 21 civilians, including 2 children, in Eastern Ghouta east of Damascus suburbs, at the hands of the Syrian/Russian regime forces, on Thursday, March 22, 2018, distributed as follow:
Zamalka town: 15 civilians, including 2 children.
Douma city: 3 civilians.
Irbeen city: 3 civilians.
