Toll of civilian victims in Eastern Ghouta 23 days after UNSC Res. 2401 was adopted

SNHR documented the death of 788 civilians, including 140 children and 79 women, in Eastern Ghouta at the hands of the Syrian/Russian regime forces since Security Council resolution 2401 was adopted in the evening of February 24, 2018 until the evening of March 19, 2018.
