SNHR documented the death of 11 civilians, including 4 children and 3 women, in Eastern Ghouta east of Damascus suburbs at the hands of the Syrian/Russian regime forces, on Sunday, March 18, 2018, distributed as follow:
Douma city: 5 civilians, including a girl and a woman.
Harasta city: 4 civilians (2 children and 2 women).
Irbeen city: 2 civilians, including a child.
