SNHR documented, since Security Council Resolution 2401 adopted in the evening of February 24, 2018 until the evening of March 2, 2018, the killing of 146 civilians, including 38 children and 21 women, at the hands of the parties to conflict in Syria, distributed as follows:
Syrian regime forces: 114 civilians, including 22 children and 16 women
Russian forces: 5 civilians
Extremist Islamic groups:
ISIS: 5 civilians, including 4 children
International coalition forces: 16 civilians, including 10 children and 4 women
Other parties: 6 civilians, including 2 children and 1 woman
