SNHR documented the death of 33 civilians, including 7 children and 3 women, at the hands of Syrian Regime forces, Russian Forces and ISIS, on Friday, February 23, 2018, as follow:
Syrian Regime forces: 22 civilians, including 3 children and 2 women.
Russian Forces: 10 civilians, including 4 children and 1 woman.
ISIS: 1 civilian.
