SNHR: at least 4 civilians killed during combat between Free Syria Front and Hay’at Tahrir al Sham west of Ma’aret Misreen town in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, on February 24, 2018, we were unable to identify which party is responsible for the death of the civilians as of this writing.
