SNHR: massacre victims’ toll rose to at least 40, including 20 children and 13 women, due to International Coalition warplanes fired missiles on al Bahra village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on February 4, 2018, we point out that the victims are IDPs from al Safira city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs.
