SNHR documented the death of 103 civilians, including 33 children and 10 women, in Idlib governorate at the hands of the main parties to the conflict from January 25, 2018 to February 5, 2018, distributed as follow:
Syrian Regime forces: 53 civilians, including 13 children and 4 women
Russian forces: 45 civilians, including 17 children and 6 women
Hay’at Tahrir al Sham: 1 child
Other parties: 4 civilians, including 2 children
