SNHR: Kurdish Self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party – PKK branch) artillery fired 3 shells on al Bayan IDPs Camp in the Atama tents gathering in Idlib governorate northern suburbs near the Turkish-Syrian borders, killed a girl and damaging several tents, on February 6, 2018.
