The killing of 42 civilians at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in Idlib from February 1 to February 5

SNHR documented the killing of 42 civilians, including 18 children and 4 women, in Idlib governorate at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces since February 1, 2018 until February 5, 2018, distributed as follows:
Syrian regime forces: 24 civilians, including 7 children and 2 women.
Russian forces: 18 civilians, including 11 children and 2 women.
