SNHR: Self-Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party -PKK branch) arrested 10 college students, from Raqqa city, as they were passing a checkpoint on the road linking Raqqa governorate and Hasaka governorate near Mabroka town in Hasaka governorate western suburbs, for conscription and took them to unknown destination, on January 21, 2018.
