SNHR are unable to identify the responsible party yet, as it was hard to identify the perpetrators
قاسم مصطفى الحلو، مدرس تربية دينية، من أبناء بلدة حيان بريف محافظة حلب الشمالي، يبلغ من العمر 40 عاماً، قُتل في 18 كانون الأول 2017، جراء انفجار عبوة ناسفة مزروعة داخل سيارته في مدينة دارة عزة بريف محافظة حلب الغربي، لم نتمكن من معرفة الجهة التي قامت بالتفجير لصعوبة تحديد مرتكبي التفجيرات.
