محمد الصالح، ناشط سياسي، من أبناء حي الشماس جنوب مدينة حمص، اعتقلته قوات النظام السوري أثناء مروره على أحد نقاط التفتيش التابعة لها بمدينة حمص، واقتادته إلى فرع الأمن العسكري في المدينة، في 20 تشرين الأول 2017.
