SNHR: suspected Russian warplanes fired missiles near the building of local council north of Kafr Nobbol city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, severely damaging its building and rendering it inoperable on September 19, 2017, the local council occupies the IT school in the city.
الشبكة السورية: قصف طيران حربي نعتقد أنه روسي صواريخ عدة قرب مبنى المجلس المحلي شمال مدينة كفرنبل بريف محافظة إدلب الجنوبي، ما أدى إلى إصابة المبنى وأثاثه بأضرار مادية كبيرة، وخروجه عن الخدمة، في 19 أيلول 2017. نشير إلى أنّ المجلس المحلي يتّخذ من مدرسة المعلوماتية في المدينة مقراً له.
