الطفل علي إبراهيم العبيد، من أبناء قرية رطلة بريف محافظة الرقة الجنوبي، قُتل في 11 أيلول 2017، جراء انفجار لغم أرضي زرعه تنظيم داعش خلف مبنى البلدية في قرية رطلة، قبل انسحابه منها.
