The newborn baby Taj Ismail Abdul Rahman al Hammad, from al Mayadeen city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, died on August 30, 2017, due to lack of health care in al Karama Camp in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs supervised by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic Forces. It should be noted that the forces banned the family of the newborn baby to take her outside the camp as she needed an incubator.
الوليدة تاج إسماعيل عبد الرحمن الحماد، من أبناء مدينة الميادين بريف محافظة دير الزور، توفيت في 30 آب 2017، نتيجة نقص الرعاية الصحية في مخيم الكرامة بريف محافظة الرقة الشرقي، الذي تشرف عليه قوات سوريا الديمقراطية ذات الأغلبية الكردية، نشير إلى أن هذه القوات منعت ذوي الوليدة من نقلها إلى خارج المخيم حيث كانت بحاجة إلى حاضنة اصطناعية.
