The civil defense members of the second team in Sarmin city in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs (Mohammad Deib al Hir, Ziad Hasan Qadhanoun, Mohammad Shbeib, Hamza Kroma, Obayda al Radwan Basel Mustafa Qassas and Abdul Razzaq Hasan Haj Khalil) shot dead by armed members attacked their center during their rotation on August 12, 2017. SNHR are unable to identify the responsible party yet.
