Abdul Razzaq Attar, a third-year student at the Faculty of Law in Aleppo University, killed in local made rocket shells fired on new Aleppo neighborhood west of Aleppo city from an artillery suspected to be stationed in al Rashideen neighborhood and controlled by armed opposition factions on July 10, 2017.
