The last evacuation convoy of the residents of al Wa’er besieged neighborhood, west of Homs city, leaves towards Idlib governorate and Jarablus city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs on May 21 2017, according to the settlement agreement between Syrian- Russian alliance and the negotiating committee on behalf of neighborhood’s residents.
