Yousef Soutel, born in 1993, a nurse from Hama city, works for Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS)- the emergency system in Hama suburbs, killed in suspected Russian warplanes missiles fired on the vicinity of the emergency medical point northwest of Ma’ar Zita village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, as he was heading with the emergency teams to evacuate the victims from a previous shelling on the medical point, April 27, 2017.
يوسف سوتل، ممرض، من أبناء مدينة حماة، يعمل لصالح الجمعية الطبية السورية الأمريكية SAMS – المنظومة الإسعافية في ريف حماة، من مواليد عام 1993، قُتل جراء قصف طيران حربي نعتقد أنه روسي بالصواريخ محيط النقطة الطبية الإسعافية شمال غرب قرية معرزيتا بريف محافظة إدلب الجنوبي، أثناء توجهِه مع فرق الإسعاف لإجلاء ضحايا قصف سابق على تلك النقطة، في 27 نيسان 2017.
