The fifth evacuation convoy leaves al Wa’er besieged neighborhood west of Homs city toward Jarablus city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs on April 17, 2017. according to the settlement agreement between the Syrian-Russian alliance and the committee negotiating on behalf of the neighborhood residents.
